Bulk Operations: As a direct manufacturer-to-business supplier, items carry Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). For instance, customized plastic PET cans require a minimum run of 2,000 pieces.

Customization Approval: For all personalized packaging and printed brand supplies, production will not begin until the client signs off on a digital artwork proof. Any errors found after this sign-off are the buyer's responsibility.
Payment Terms

Advance Payments: For custom manufacturing, structural tooling (cylinder/plate-making charges), and first-time client runs, an upfront advance payment is required via proforma invoice before raw materials are allocated.

Accepted Business Modes: NeediBuy accepts standard commercial B2B payment methods, including corporate UPI, Net Banking (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), and Business Cheques / Demand Drafts.

Credit Terms: Credit lines or net-payment windows are not offered by default on initial orders; any ongoing credit terms must be formally vetted and approved by credit operations for recurring contract buyers.
Shipping & Delivery Framework

Fulfillment Route: Goods are dispatched directly from regional partner factories or their central logistics warehouse in Bengaluru to keep pricing cost-effective.

The "To-Pay" Freight Model: Unless transportation fees are explicitly added to your tax invoice beforehand, bulk shipping operates on a Freight Collect ("To-Pay") basis. This means your business is legally obligated to clear the transport/lorry fee directly with the third-party carrier upon vehicle arrival before unloading.

Doorstep & Offloading: Drivers provide standard transit to your registered commercial address. Offloading labor at your facility must be arranged by your own staff.
Cancellation & Quality Guarantee Policies

No Change-of-Mind Cancellations: Because products are built or ordered to precise industrial/hospitality specs, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins or standard stock is allocated to freight.

Defect Protections: NeediBuy guarantees that products will match the dimensions, structural material (e.g., C-flute vs E-flute), and approved artwork files. If goods arrive structurally damaged or with severe print defects, claims must be raised with your account manager within 24 to 48 hours of delivery backed by photo/video evidence for a reprint or credit adjustment.
