Comprehensive Operator's Guide: How to Use
The ET-HP02 relies on modular, stackable white base inserts (pucks) to effortlessly adjust for different container heights and profiles.
Step 1: Configure Your Base Lift
Before sealing, match the machine's lifting platform to the height of your specific container using your modular inserts:
For Taller Cans (e.g., 500ml Standard): Use the standard low-profile base adapter attached to the machine's bottom platform.
For Mid-Sized & Slim Cans (e.g., 350ml, 300ml Slim, 250ml): Nest the corresponding white adapter puck directly on top of the primary base. This elevates the shorter can to the exact height required for the sealing head.
For Short/Specialty Cans (e.g., 200ml Matka): Stack the designated high-clearance adapter insert to lift the shorter, wider profile safely into alignment.
Step 2: Fill the Container
Fill your high-transparency PET plastic or aluminum can with your product. Always leave a slight clearance (headspace) at the top to prevent fluid from splashing or overflowing as the machine spins the container.
Step 3: Align the Lid
Place your chosen lid type (EOE, SOT, or POE) flat and perfectly flush onto the top rim of the filled can.
Step 4: Load the Machine
Position the configured can flat onto the center of your white base adapter. Ensure it sits vertically straight and sits securely within the adapter's guiding rim.
Step 5: Activate the Automatic Cycle
Press the Green "GO" / Start Button on the front digital control panel. The fully automated system will instantly take over:
The lower platform smoothly lifts the container into the upper sealing head mechanism.
The motor engages, spinning the container rapidly while heavy-duty steel rollers compress, roll, and fuse the lid securely around the can't lip.
Once a seamless, airtight bond is complete, the machine automatically brakes to a stop.
Step 6: Retrieve and Serve
The platform automatically lowers back down to its home position. Remove your perfectly sealed, spill-proof can. Give it a quick inspection, and it’s ready for the shelf or immediate delivery!
